So What Did the P&Z Approval Mean?

Last evening the Planning & Zoning Commission approved the Realty Capital proposal for the 37.5 acres on 377, 6 for and 1 opposed. As part of their approval the wanted to see the following done:

- the number of lofts reduced from the 550 proposed

- noise study due to the train (quiet zones being built on all crossings already)

- definition of quality product for the apartments

So now the project will be sent forward to council and it is planned for 1/21/20 to address the issues from P&Z. I still think we can work with the developer to get a good project and that is my goal. I appreciate the courage of the P&Z members and look forward to working on the Planned Development with Realty Capital next week.
